Mowing (Weekly)
Our mowing season begins the week of April 15th and concludes in the last week of October, encompassing a total of 26 weeks. The final monthly pricing is based on this 26-week schedule of weekly service. Our service includes mowing on the same designated day each week (determined prior to the season, but subject to change as we accommodate additional clients during the season), weekly string trimming, bi-weekly edging along concrete edges, and the clean-up of debris after each service.
Spring Clean-Up
Spring clean-ups will begin in the last week of March and continue throughout the month of April. This service encompasses the thorough blowing out and cleaning of all landscape beds and surrounding areas of your home or any structures. Our crews utilize baggers to efficiently collect debris and remove it from your property. To ensure your property presents its best appearance at the beginning of the season, this service is essential.
Aeration and Overseeding
After spring clean-up season, we start our aeration and overseeding season. Aeration is highly beneficial in the spring to improve soil drainage, break up soil compaction from winter, and enhance water, air, and nutrient flow to root zones. Core aeration creates channels in the soil, which helps reduce standing water, minimizes puddles after spring rains, and promotes healthier turf. After we aerate, we overseed each property to start creating a healthier-thicker lawn early in the season!
Mulch Install
Once we wrap-up aerations, we move into installing mulch. Fresh mulch enhances the appearance of your landscape while helping retain soil moisture and suppress weeds. We prep the beds, define clean edges, and install an even layer of high-quality mulch for a crisp, finished look. Each mulch installation includes spreading Preen after install to help reduce future growth of weeds.
Hedge Trimming
Have any bushes you need maintained? Our hedge trimming service maintains clean lines and promotes healthy growth. We carefully shape shrubs and hedges to improve appearance while removing overgrowth and dead or damaged branches. All Debris is hauled away.
Leaf Clean-ups
Our fall clean-up service is designed to effectively remove leaves and seasonal debris, ensuring the protection of your lawn and landscape during the winter months. We meticulously clear garden beds, turf areas, and hard surfaces to leave your property clean and well-prepared for the off-season. Our clean-up services start on November 1st each year and continue through the end of December, weather permitting.
